Our steak cuts are a must have. With this product you have the option of choosing what cut is right for you. Any of these steaks would be a crowd pleaser and are sure to impress any guest. Get your grill out, use your favorite marinade and surprise your loved ones with a delicious meal they won't forget. *** Some of our cuts will come with two steaks per package (rib, t-bone, sirloin, and chuck)***


Chuck Steak -  A chuck steak is a cut from the neck and shoulder of the cow. It can be a little bit tough, but when cooked properly it becomes very juicy, tender, and delicious!  If there is gristle on the cut, remove it for a more tender steak! Tenderize this cut with your favorite marinade and enjoy a high-quality meal on a lower budget.

Rib Steak - The Rib steak is a bone in Ribeye, which comes from the cow's upper rib area and is the best of both worlds. It's from the more tender part of the cow so its great for a high-heat and fast cooking method. This steak is well marbled, which will be more flavorful. The Rib steak provides you with the most juicy, beefy flavor! Packaged two steaks per pack.

Top Sirloin -  The top sirloin is a naturally lean, thick cut of steak with that bold beefy flavor. The top sirloin is basically a sirloin steak with the bones and bottom round muscles removed.  This steak is more tender, however it does come from the round and is leaner in its marbling. Top Sirloin is a favorite steak for grilling because its perfect for any griller, new or experienced! Packaged two steaks per pack. 

T-Bone Steak -  The T-bone steak is a cut from the short loin. If you want options this is the steak for you! The T-bone has two different steak cuts attached to the bone. On the long side of the steak you have the strip, if removed from the bone that is where the New York Strip comes from. On the smaller side you have the tenderloin. Packaged two per pack.

Cube Steak - The cube steak is a cut of beef, usually from the top sirloin, tenderized and flattened with a meat tenderizer. The name is in reference to the shape of the indentation made by this process. The cube steak is most commonly used for Chicken-fried Steak.


To guarantee our two-day shipping, we ship orders on Mondays & Tuesdays. Our cut-off time for orders is Sunday at 11:59 pm MST.

Bulk orders require a 50% deposit at the time of placing the order. The remaining 50% will be due before shipment is processed.
