Our Quarter Beef is a standard cut side of beef. This is certified born and bred Colorado beef, dry-aged that is free from antibiotics and growth hormones and everything else. This is natural beef that makes such a delicious meal every time. Approximately 100 pounds of our very best! This quarter beef takes up about 5 cubic ft of freezer space! You will receive a mixture of ground beef, Ribeye, T-Bone, Sirloin, Top Round Steaks, and roasts.

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN ORDERING
To guarantee our two-day shipping, we ship orders on Mondays & Tuesdays. Our cut-off time for orders is Sunday at 11:59 pm MST.
Bulk orders require a 50% deposit at the time of placing the order. The remaining 50% will be due before shipment is processed.
