Life On The Farm: Calving season is in full swing! Each Spring our cattle numbers almost double. It is a very busy and important time of year. To ensure our calves stay healthy, plenty of pasture is provided for our cow-calf pairs. Space is particularly important in order to prevent sickness. The cows are monitored closely to be sure they are well fed and able to produce adequate milk for their calves.

Order & Shipping Update: We are less than two weeks away from having three cows butchered. This means bulk beef deposits and orders will be opening soon!

Product Spotlight: As mentioned above, you asked and we listened! The Grass Fed Beef Sampler package will be available to order beginning Monday, March 6! It will be perfect for those with limited freezer space and great for anyone wanting to try different cuts of grass-fed beef. With all other products, each cut in the sampler package will have the USDA inspection approval and seal.

WARNING: If we share an offer here, it tends to sell out quickly. This newsletter is sent out to hundreds of our best customers and supply is limited. We will only have approximately 25 Grass Fed Beef Sampler packages available. Act fast! They WILL sell out.

Recommendations: "How much beef do I need for a year?" This question has been asked multiple times. The following is our recommendation:

We would like to remind you when you purchase a half or whole beef you have the option to customize how you want it processed. This includes dry time, cuts, etc. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions you may have!

Appreciation: An industry that feeds you is an industry worth fighting for! Farmers and ranchers are the backbone of America. We work sun-up to sundown caring for our land and livestock. We are blessed to have the opportunity to provide you and your families with the best beef available!

"No civilization can survive the time when its agricultural economy is destroyed." - Lloyd Noble

We hope you’ve enjoyed this newsletter! We are looking forward to connecting with you again next Friday!

Respectfully,
