Product Spotlight:What is your favorite cut of steak? Here is the popular T-bone! The T-bone is cut from the short loin and actually has two different steaks attached to the bone. The long side is the NY Strip. The smaller side of the T-bone is the tenderloin, commonly known as the Filet Mignon.
