Is the list of items too much to choose from? Don't know where to go from here? Maybe the Sample Package is what you need! This package gives you the chance to test out all of our favorite things! In this sampler package you will receive 12-13 lbs. Each box consists of 5 lbs ground beef and the remaining weight in various other cuts including steaks and roasts. Each box is a little different but will include a nice variety of cuts. All meat is processed at a USDA certified facility.  Quantity varies so don't hesitate! Order as soon as possible to guarantee your sampler package!

 

PRICE INCLUDES

All butchering and processing fees.

Dry aging for flavor and tenderness between 14 to 21 days.

All items are professionally packaged and labeled with name of cut.

All meat is flash frozen to preserve freshness, quality and flavor.

Cuts are vacuum sealed for indefinite fresh quality in the freezer.

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN ORDERING

To guarantee our two-day shipping, we ship orders on Mondays & Tuesdays. Our cut-off time for orders is Sunday at 11:59 pm MST.

Bulk orders require a 50% deposit at the time of placing the order. The remaining 50% will be due before shipment is processed.
